Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Please do not return products without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by Wridrumall, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after receiving the item according to this policy.

Please provide photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
