We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Applicable taxes or import duties may be charged according to your local laws and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Suspected fraud
Violation of these Terms

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Risk of loss and ownership of the products transfer to the customer upon delivery.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Customers may request a return after delivery if the item meets the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where applicable, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund after reviewing your request.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
